1. Information We Collect

We collect minimal information. When you use T.O.M.B, we may collect wallet addresses and transaction data from the blockchain.

2. Waitlist & Contact Forms

Before launch, you may sign up for our waitlist or contact us through our website forms. We collect:

• Waitlist: your email address and a hashed identifier for rate limiting (typically derived from your IP address; when IP is unavailable we hash browser request metadata instead — we do not store your raw IP)
• Contact form: your name, email address, subject, and message

We use this information to manage waitlist signups, deliver your launch voucher by email, respond to support inquiries, and prevent abuse. Waitlist welcome emails are sent via Resend from [email protected]. We send transactional email only (voucher delivery and launch updates) — not unrelated marketing spam.

Waitlist data is stored in our database until you ask us to remove it. To request deletion, email [email protected].

3. Content Privacy

Memorial content is encrypted and stored on Arweave. We cannot access, modify, or delete memorial content.

4. Access Control

Only the memorial custodian and invited visitors can view content. Access is enforced via Lit Protocol encryption.

5. Blockchain Data

Memorial creation, transfers, and tributes are recorded on-chain. This data is public and immutable.

6. Cookies & Analytics

We use browser storage (localStorage) to remember your privacy preferences. We do not use cookies or third-party analytics trackers. Your data stays yours.

7. Data Retention

Memorial data on Arweave is permanent. Off-chain prayers are stored for 24 hours then deleted.
